Quest is a continuous improvement programme, which provides a framework for the management of sports based organisations with the purpose of improving the quality of their service. It is a national accreditation scheme, which will allow Wansbeck Sports Development Unit to benchmark, and share good practice with similar organisations nationally.
The quest process involves three stages;

- On-going maintenance
The national assessor commented that the Sports Development Team has worked extremely hard to achieve their ‘Quest Approved’ status. The Sports Development Unit has a clear commitment and willingness to constantly improve upon the existing service and to meet the aims and expectations of both their partners and customers.
This achievement is nothing short of remarkable considering the small team and amount of activities they are able to offer to the people of Wansbeck. The team will be continuing their excellent work across the district and hope to continually improve the service we offer to our customers.
