Recruit into Coaching
Recruit into Coaching is a National Initiative which provides FREE access to training for local people to complete their first level one coaching qualification.
The new initiative is for people aged 16 and over who are looking to gain their first National Governing Body level 1 coaching award. The programme will include appropriate training and a supported deployment within a community club or sports setting. The training available will include areas such as First Aid, Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Equity and access to Sports Leaders’ Awards if required.
The programme is aimed at increasing the number of coaches in the Wansbeck area and contributing to the development of the workforce within Northumberland.
